Our MMC is dealing with the mental toll that war has taken on him. He is reconciling with having to follow orders that he does not agree with. That is such a heavy subject, and I am excited to see what this fantasy read will do with those thoughts.
They will both be working hard to save themselves and their kingdom. This book is promising to be full of heart, strength, and action.
