The Snowmance Contract
Lizzie Bruce
Author’s Blurb:
Married? Yes. Dating? No. Love? That’s complicated.
Virginia Monroe must leave paradise. Widowed, facing skyrocketing rent, and fiercely determined not to burden her kids, this spunky librarian is out of options. Until an old friend suggests a daring plan.
Bennett Pritchard must remarry to take over his family’s company. A widower with a stubborn streak, he’s torn between walking away from the business he helped build or honoring an old promise to his grandmother.
When an awkward lunch with Virginia leads to her baring her dilemma, Bennett seizes the spark of connection and proposes an unconventional solution: a marriage of convenience.
A whirlwind courthouse wedding seals the deal, but a once-in-a-lifetime snowstorm in Florida traps them in close quarters. As the snow piles up, so does the tension, forcing Virginia and Bennett to confront their guarded hearts. Will the impossible nine inches spark a second chance at love?

These characters are getting a second chance at love!
Listen, I love a good fake dating story, and I haven’t read a marriage of convenience story in ages, so I can not wait for the silliness that is bound to ensue.
Both of these characters have children and responsibilities that are bound to make this a very thoughtful and heartwarming piece of literature.
