Benched By Demons
Jace M. Davis
Author’s blurb:
Jace Davis was once a rising star, an athlete with dreams, drive, and the kind of talent that could’ve taken him all the way. But behind the highlight reels and the trophies lived a man drowning in addiction, rage, depression, and silence. After a series of DUIs, personal failures, broken relationships, and a soul-crushing prison sentence, Jace lost everything that ever made him feel alive. But this isn't just a story of falling, it's a story of fighting.
In “Benched by Demons,” Jace opens up about his darkest moments, from nearly losing his life, his faith, and his future, to finding redemption through love, fatherhood, and God. Through raw storytelling, emotional truth, and hard-earned wisdom, he invites readers into the pain, the process, and ultimately, the purpose.
With the strength of a praying mother, the love of a woman sent by God, and a heartbeat that reminded him he was still alive for a reason, Jace finds a new path. A path not paved in gold chains, fame, or fast cars, but one built on truth, grace, and the desire to help others rise from their own rock bottom.
This memoir isn’t just a reflection, it’s a revival. Stay tuned... he’s just getting started.

3 reasons we think you should read this book:
This is the story of someone who was about to achieve everything he had ever worked for and lost it. I know that it is on a much grander scale than most of us can claim, but I think we can all relate to trying to rise above a rock bottom moment.
I think this story will do a great job of showing both a downfall and the climb back to reality that comes after.
This story seems to have a pretty clear message. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. I feel like we can all relate to that on a molecular level, and this story is bound to give us a sense of camaraderie.
